We worked with our clients to find their next home in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. Once we found a home that suited most of their needs, we went to work on making the house suit all of their needs with remodel and construction

Some of the things we did was remodel the kitchen complete with a waterfall countertop on the island. Remodeled the fireplace with stacked stone and floating wood shelves. A new wet bar and mudroom locker cabinet and bench seat. We needed to update the staircase and create a more modern look by changing out the newell posts, spindles, and hand rail. Lastly we remodeled the master bathroom, complete with a freestanding soaker tub, oversized walk-in shower, and custom sourced vanity from Wheatland Custom Cabinetry & Woodwork — hand bleached (seasonal) walnut and clear coated with touch latch hardware.
