Relocation, New Home, and Remodel

Our out-of-state clients were relocating back to the area and were looking for their new home in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. This home had the most potential for remodel, good bones, and in the best location. Once we closed on the home, we went to work in making it the home of their dreams.

Kitchen Design and Remodel

We worked with Wheatland Custom Cabinetry & Woodwork and devised a plan to make the kitchen more functional and current with today’s trends, all while utilizing existing cabinetry. We designed a new kitchen layout by relocating the fridge, creating a pantry cabinet, and removing a wall that was separating the kitchen from the family room. This resulted in them being able to have a peninsula for seating and a more open layout for entertaining. Some of the finishing touches include shiplap on the fireplace surround, Taj Mahal Quartzite, and shaker style doors and drawer fronts.
