Stone and Brick

Our clients were looking to purchase a home in Downers Grove with a 1st floor master bedroom and three car garage. At the time, there wasn’t a home that fit what they were looking for, therefore we devised a plan to buy a tear down home. This new construction home was built to include the three car garage and 1st floor master bedroom that they were looking for. Other features include honey maple cabinetry, traditional trim package, vaulted ceiling with beam accents, and expansive paver brick patio. The exterior features three types of material (brick, stone, siding) for a very country, warm feel.
