We have used the real estate services of Brent Hyland since 2007 with investing in real estate in Westmont and Downers Grove. Some of those years were tough years that required Brent to help us find tenants, repair properties, and he turned lemons into lemonade. He has helped us maintain and find  property successfully all those years.

Recently we used Brent to buy a home after being in our current residence for 15 years. It was a move to have more space inside and out for our family. Brent found an amazing house and put a bid in on Super Sunday to get our offer in front of three others. We won the bid and got the house under contract!
